In Part 2 of this series, Kit Sidwell, explains the features built into Surf Lakes facilities to ensure the reliability of the machine and daily operation. This includes triple modular redundancy, fatigue design, off-the-rack air compressors & 1-to-1 Research & Development.
In Part 3 of this series, Kit explains the improved features of the Surf Lakes commercial model that will far exceed our prototype. These elements include over-engineered materials, dry maintenance, sound and vapour attenuation, and crystal-clear water quality.

‘PUMPED’ is a 13-minute insight into the Surf Lakes R&D facility near Yeppoon in Queensland, Australia. A slew of Australia’s best surfers flew in to ride the new setup and share their honest & unbridled opinions and feedback.
